My RNLI journey began in 2002 as a lifeguard in Dorset and I’ve been involved ever since! I’m proud to have played a small part in helping Save Lives at Sea and still find it an inspiring organisation to work for. My photo was taken in front of the first Respect the Water flag to fly at the Poole Support Centre, which laid the foundations for our current Float to Live campaign which has helped save many lives.
