We are immensely proud to work for this lifesaving organisation and have the privilege of working with teams across the RNLI to develop our organisational plans. 200 years is a momentous occasion, so we celebrated in style with our fascinators! Molly was away on holiday but we still managed to dial her in so she could join the celebration virtually. We are all proud to be part of the RNLIs One Crew for this moment.
