We have both been involved in Exmouth RNLI for 10 years now. Dave is currently the Fundraising Treasurer and Pat is the Box secretary and a shop volunteer, having previously managed the shop for 7 years. We felt that despite being on holiday and missing all the local celebrations, we could not let the day pass by, especially as we had spent the day at the Titanic Exhibition in Belfast.. where we were reminded of the importance of saving lives at sea, to which we both contribute.
