One Crew to us means the whole of our Lifeboat family. From the crew to the family’s who hold the fort when the pagers go. The operations team ensuring a safe launch and smooth running of the station to the fundraisers and shop team raising vital funds to keep our crew safe. The water safety team raising awareness, educating the next generation and everyone in between. Our #OneCrew keeping the St Mary’s RNLI Lifeboat station thriving and at the heart of the community.
