I've worked for the RNLI for 17 years. All of my three children have worked for the RNLI too. We arrived home from living abroad with just our suitcases and finding a job at the RNLI 'saved' us as a family. It helped me find a place to live and get my children into local schools. My RNLI highlights are working for the Chief Executive, helping to set up a brand new All-weather Lifeboat Centre and now, developing Engineering policies to keep our people safe and the RNLI compliant. Thank you, RNLI!
