Penlee Lifeboat crew

There has been a lifeboat in Mount’s Bay for two hundred years, firstly at Penzance, then Mousehole and now at Newlyn. We have decided to picture Coxswain Patch Harvey and his crew of volunteers of 2024 who continue the life saving operations carried out by the men and women of Penlee’s past. Not least of course those brave lifeboatmen who gave their lives in the tragic loss of the Solomon Browne.
