Stromness RNLI

Our memory is our 200th Parade we had in Stromness. We had Stromness, Thurso, wick, kirkwall and Kincardine (Canada)Pipebands playing along with Stromness crew, Thurso crew, Wick Crew, Kirkwall Crew and Longhope crew walking behind a band each. They all walked through the street of Stromness starting from the first lifeboat Station past the red sged to the most recent station. The street of Stromness was packed with people. The crews ended the parade by singing 'Home from the Sea'.
